HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR OF A PROPERTY YOU HAVE AVAILABLE FOR RENT?

You can call or text us at 317-210-3848 to request a tour of the property. Our property management team will work with you to schedule a private tour or invite you to a public open house if one is available.

ARE APPLICATIONS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE?

While we do our best to process all applications as quickly as possible once they’re received, they are not always done on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are looking for the most qualified applicant, not just the first person to submit their application.

HOW MUCH IS THE APPLICATION FEE?

There is a $35 non-refundable application fee charged for each individual living in the property that is 18 years of age or older.

IF I APPLY FOR THE PROPERTY AND PAY THE APPLICATION FEE BUT AM NOT SELECTED, DO I GET MY APPLICATION FEE BACK?

No, all application fees are non-refundable. Several costs are associated with running your application, along with time spent by our staff processing each application, so we are unable to refund application fees under any circumstance.

WHAT ARE RENTERS SCREENED FOR?

To ensure a safe and dependable climate for all of our properties, we check each prospective renter’s history with previous landlords, income and employment, criminal background, and creditworthiness. Learn more about our rental criteria.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION?

Once all required documentation has been received it typically takes 2-3 business days to process applications.

DO RENTERS GET COPIES OF THE LEASE AND ALL THE DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH IT?

Yes! Renters are 100% entitled (and encouraged) to keep copies of their leasing documents readily available. They will also be available electronically 24/7 within our tenant portal.
